Mr. Shyam Agrawal is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in administration, accounting, and training, spanning over two decades. With a solid academic foundation that includes a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), he has built a distinguished career through his expertise in accounting, organizational management, and training in advanced software applications. Mr. Agrawal began his journey with the Gwalior Management Association (GMA) on November 10, 2000, as an Office Assistant and OSD to the Executive Director. Demonstrating exceptional administrative and organizational skills, he was promoted to Manager in January 2011, a role he served in until October 2022. Since November 2022, he has been serving as the Honorary Secretary of GMA, where he has made significant contributions to the growth and success of the organization. His association with GMA has been further enriched by his participation in the National Management Conclave (NMC) and National Leadership Conclave (NLC) since 2011. Additionally, Mr. Agrawal is a Professional Individual Life Member of the All India Management Association (AIMA). Parallel to his role in GMA, Mr. Agrawal has been a Senior Accountant at the Air Force Officers’ Mess, Air Force Station, Maharajpur, Gwalior, Since January 2013. Prior to this, he served as an Accountant in the PSI Department of the same station from May 2009 to December 2012. An expert in financial software, Mr. Agrawal is an Advanced Trainer in Tally Accounting Software and Excel. He has trained numerous individuals in Tally ERP.9, earning appreciation letters from the Air Officer Commanding (AOC), Gwalior, and MILT Pune for his invaluable contributions to training Indian Air Force personnel. Mr. Agrawal’s excellence in training and leadership will further extend as he assumes the position of General Manager at MAC Institute, Gwalior on April 1, 2025. His commitment to professional development also includes associations with prestigious institutions such as ABV-IIITM, Amity University, and PIMRG, showcasing his versatility and dedication to fostering innovation and learning.
